Mentor4 months agoIn general yes. You must follow the rules. You need to ship the item using a service with a tracking number so eBay can see that the item was delivered. If you purchase your shipping label in the eBay shipping center the tracking number is automatically entered for you. You need to keep in mind that new sellers will have a funds hold of up to 30 days until they establish themselves as a seller. Never ship the item until eBay tells you to. Do not allow a buyer to change the address for delivery after they paid for the item. You must ship to the address provided by the buyer when they pay for the item.
