Trouble with returns

I'm trying to return two different purchases and I'm having the same trouble on both. I get to where I have to upload a picture, which I do, but then can't continue; the button isn't even highlighted to click.

One thing to check: make sure you are including at least two lines of text describing the issue. Be sure to use no special characters, only text.

@alcou-98 The eBay site is having major issues today that they are working on. Many major sites across the country are also impacted.
