Trouble With Drafts
I recently started having trouble with listings and I'm not sure why or what changed. When I creating a listing, I often look at sold items and use the "sell one like this" scenario. Then I'm asked for photos (from my mobile, usually) and I select them from my phone. After that , there is a message box to which I would answer "Got It". In the past, the photos would load or I would refresh the page to load them and move along with the listing. Now, clicking on "Got It" or refreshing the page does nothing! I have to navigate back to my "drafts", where I find the draft with the photos and complete the listing. I spoke with Ebay who suggested that it could be something I received from a sold listing that changed some setting on my laptop (Surface Pro), or possible a change to some "incognito" setting that I can't find. Wasn't able to resolve it, but I'm wondering if anyone has encounted this weird issue. BTW, I've downloaded Windows 11 to see if that would reset things, but no change for my new listings. I'd love to hear some suggestions! Appreciate any help!

It could be a temporary glitch but as the CS rep mentioned, it could be something from the other Seller's item. Years ago, I used the Sell similar function only to get listings messed up with settings from the other Seller's listing that would default to even after I changed the settings.
Now I use all 50 listing Templates eBay offers ... they have ALL my preferred settings like Handling time, Return policy, etc.
