I've tried my account on three different computers and it doesn't work. It's something in the system.

Mentor4 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.

OP4 months agoI've tried everything to no avail. Click the Contact Seller button and the box opens, but I CANNOT type ANYTHING. I've tried contacting the (JOKE) called customer service and gave up trying to get past the **bleep** Ai garbage. This is frustrating

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.
If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
