trouble with buyer
anyone else on here experience trouble with him on a purchase as i have.advertised part would fit my firearm and didn't. also stated full choke on the barrel and No where to be found

If I understand correctly you made a purchase and it's not as described. You can return the item for a full refund , seller pays return shipping.
You are covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.

am pas the time period for this
only because i had it @ a gunsmith to see if he could make it work on my firearm
he couldn't because the threads on the breach end of the barrel don't match mine
even though same thread they are off some
also he said it was a full choke on the barrel
No Where is it stamped on the barrel to see
must be a factory second,mistake barrel
as it will Not fit on my Ithaca Model 37 as my original does
asked him for help and sent photos too
told me too bad

Mentor2 years ago@dbeatovic58 I am sorry that the eBay MBG guarantee has expired. I know that eBay customer service will not extend the guarantee past 30 days from the date of delivery.
Your only options now are PayPal which allows 180 days from the date of sale for not as described refund requests
OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card and see what protections you have for an item that is significantly not as described.
