Trouble upgrading my store from starter to basic
Summary: narbys is having difficulties upgrading their store from a starter to a basic plan due to persistent error messages. Despite contacting customer service, they have not received a resolution and were informed that the issue is widespread. The problem has not been resolved for several days.
I've had a basic store in the past but downgraded for this month. I now find myself with more inventory than I can list and want to upgrade back to basic. When I try to go through the upgrade I'm always given an error message. This has been going on for days... I need some help, and so far customer service has been less than helpful, I spoke with someone over the phone and was told it was a widespread error and would be fixed, that was days ago...

In all likelihood you will have to wait until next month to Upgrade again.
