Trouble sending offers?
Is anybody else having trouble sending offers to buyers through the eBay mobile app? I recently upgraded to an iPhone 17 and am suddenly having difficulty sending offers to my buyers through this medium. It’s never been a problem before, so not sure if it’s something in my new phone settings that needs to be adjusted or if it’s an issue on eBay’s end? The offer screen freezes up and won’t let me enter an offer amount ($ or %). It typically unfreezes after several seconds but then I can’t get to the bottom of page to hit send or, I am able to hit send and then get an error message? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app three times but it hasn’t resolved the issue. Is anybody else experiencing this problem or have any suggestions to remedy?
