trouble returning misrepresented Bose radio
I bought an item that was misrepresented and non-functioning. The Seller replied that he gives free returns, but sends no further info, so that I can return it. I also need help sending the photo of the item, as requested by Ebay in the help return section. When I try to add the photo it causes the page to crash EVERY time. I'm using drag and drop.
Seeking HELP ASAP - the deadline posted is Feb. 4th...
