Trouble returning an item because the system canâ€™t find it. I believe that I bought this as a guest

I continually get in loops that all say the transaction canâ€™t be found. I have the order number, the item ID and the Seller information. None of that seems to matter. This is terrible customer service.

You can make a request on that page to a replacement order confirmation email that has a link to return.
