Trouble receiving funds to account

Question

I have been selling on Ebay for over 20 years now and this is the first time I have had to look in to why Ebay has not physical sent funds to my account I have linked to my sales. I called customer service and they said it's being held up at the bank. I called the bank and they say they have no issues on their end. Now what?

ebay considers you a new or infrequent seller. Therefore you will have holds on your payouts for up to 31 days. I have no idea how long you have to be selling before ebay lifts that hold. As long as you increase your sales, ship quickly, leave feedback in a timely manner, the hold period will eventually decrease.

@cameroncoop Customer service unfortunately gets the answer wrong sometimes when they go "off script"

As @disneyshopper stated since you are a considered an infrequent seller you are subject to fund holds.
