Trouble getting refund claim in
Hi!
Coming here after getting caught in AI loop on the site. Need to file a claim with a seller who took my money but did not fully fulfill an order I bought. Cannot get through to file a claim as I bought it on guest mode.
Help?

Mentor6 months agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member (that is why it is not in your Purchase history). You will need to sign in using the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent you. Then you should be able to file a Returns Request.
