Trouble contacting seller and eBay.
I have purchased three products from a seller. My back shows the money went through. The sell messaged back and stated their import and export license for that particular company has expired and will take a month to renew. They then stated I can purchase through another complaint they have and they will send a link. I can get them to respond now. They have my money! And there is no way to contact eBay. What do I do now?

You already were given excellent advice. I just wanted to add that IF the estimated delivery date extends far into the future ... AND you don't want to tie up your money for that long ... you can phone your credit card company and request a chargeback.

Here is how to formally request a refund of your full payment:
1) Look at your purchase history here: https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
- View Order Details
- Check the Estimated Delivery Date for your purchase, and
- Check the tracking for your purchase
When it is past the estimated delivery date (and there is no tracking, or the tracking doesn’t show that is close to delivery):
2) Open an "Item Not Received Case". You can do that right here by clicking on the photo of your item and following the steps: https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/-/reporting-item-didnt-receive?id=4042
(If it is not yet time for a case to be opened, it will give you the exact date after you click the photo)
You will be able to select whether you want the Item or a Refund (ask for a refund)
-- You have 30 days from the estimated delivery date to open a case
The seller must respond within 3 business days to provide a delivery update, offer a replacement, or give you a refund.
Whatever you do, do not click the link the seller sent to buy outside of eBay.
Once you open the INR case, you may be able to reach Customer Service. PLease tell them about the seller's suggestion about buying outside of eBay.
