Trouble Changing Payout Account
Hello,
I am a seller and have been using the same checking account for payouts for years now but I need to change it to a different checking account. Every time I try to go in and change it, I make it all the way through with new account and then it asks for final confirmation by providing the full checking account number of my current/previous account. When I do, I get an error message that tells me to put in a valid account. It is a valid account that they have just recently paid out to. I am very frustrated as I can't find any help on here or how to possibly call ebay with the issue. Any suggestions would be great. Thank you.

On a computer go to your Seller Hub Overview page and click on SUMMARY

Next scroll ALL the way down to the lower right corner and click on the ? mark. Then you will see a pop up and a button that says " Have us call you"
