Triplicate identical messages from sellers
Hi,
I've tried for about a 1/2 hour and used 10 different ways to actually get a customer service rep, (not an AI bot), and it has led me to just post something here because their methods of contacting someone are worthless. They just keep throwing articles at you that are not helpful🙄🤦♀️
When I message a seller to ask a question and they respond, I get triplicate identical messages. I have tried to troubleshoot this, and yet another unhelpful article told me to go under settings and messages, but that page has a list of items that you can check or uncheck the box but it's all Grayed out, So I cannot check or uncheck anything. This it has led me to being forced to ask the community - Does anyone know how to turn off getting triple messages from a seller.Every time you ask a question?!? It's really annoying because in addition to having three messages that are identical on the app, it also sends me an email every time so I ended up getting three more emails that I have to slog through and/or delete, because you're not sure if it's actually a new and different message from the seller but it turns out to just be the same message 3 times. Maddening!
