Tried to return a phone, seller doesnt want to go through ebay
I didnt ask them to make a return label yet, all I said was that I would like to return the item which was not quite in the condition described. "it is not necessary to open a return case for this transaction" ok but why? Is this trying to dodge some sort of policy? Should I trust it or just open an ebay return anyways? They have good ratings, but I've never seen something like this before..
