Tried to report a seller for selling unbranded products as Genuine Branded product.
Sent a report saying that a seller was selling unbranded items as Genuine Branded products. The answer was "We looked into your report and didn’t find the listing to be in violation of our policy. This determination was made using automation or artificial intelligence." So, let me get this straight - EBAY is fine with Sellers falsely claiming their products are Genuine Branded products when in fact they are not? Is there any way to get a human to actually review my case? Otherwise, screw EBAY.
