I tried to report a counterfeit publisher, but the system failed to upload the content multiple times. Item # 317399292828

I noticed after buying the book "107 Days" that the typesetting was messed up throughout, and I had a hard time believing that publisher Simon & Schuster could do such a bad job of printing. In researching it, I realized that the actual publisher has NOT printed a paperback of this book, so I contacted their anti-piracy reporting email and made an inquiry. They verified that ANY paperback copies of this book are bootleg versions. This particular seller has sold over 250 copies. There are additional sellers who are selling paperback editions: Bookshelf Treasures, trendytreasure.

If either Simon and Schuster or the author make a VeRO complaint about a listing, eBay will have to take the listing down.

Buyers can file "not as described" returns to get full refunds.

While users can submit reports regarding listings or sellers, it is not clear how such reports are evaluated.

Be sure you are using the correct username rather than the store name when reporting a seller.
