Tried to Cancel Order, What Should I Do Next?
Hi guys,
I recently ordered several figures from a Chinese seller. However, before they were shipped I realized they weren't trustworthy and tried to cancel the order with the seller. I was ignored and the items are now shipping to my address. What should I do next to get a full refund?
Also, I was attempting to solve the issue with eBay customer service and accidentally started a return request before the items arrived. I tried canceling the request but eBay just says there's an error.
