Tried to bid on an item and place an offer but, message comes up “Seller isn’t taking bids from youâ€
Tried bidding for a top a long time ago, never heard anything from seller. Just saw the listing again, tried to put in a bid and a message came back that seller isn’t accepting any offers from me. Then I tried to send a message (contact seller) and a message said I exceeded number of messages sent to this seller and try again tomorrow. This was first message. Does anyone know how to correct?

It seems that the seller has blocked you it would be best to move on to another seller.
