Tried reporting products being sold that weren't rightfully acquired.
Individuals are selling products using Ebay's platform that weren't rightfully acquired. Ebay's automated system on reporting this of course didn't help with the matter. Is there someone at Ebay to actually speak with on this?

How do you know how an item was acquired? How is eBay supposed to know?
Items can be reported for listing violations. Buyers have the money back guarantee. Rights owners can issue take-down notices.
If you have proof that laws are being broken, contact law enforcement with your proof; law enforcement can contact eBay.
Suspicious listings can be reported, but suspicions are not proof of anything.
