trek bike purchased and was never shipped. I have sent messages to the seller and he doesn’t respond
I purchased a Trek bike July 4, and have not received the bike. Also, it is very difficult to contact ebay to resolve this matter. The seller has not responded and ebay has not verified that the bike was even shipped. Ebay could easily check the sellers details about shipping to verify that the seller did not ship the bike. Since the seller refuses to send me the bike, I want my money back. Whatever happened to ebay’s return policy when a seller refuses to ship the bike or not to return my money???

What is the estimated date of delivery, according to the Order Details in your Purchase History? Has that date already passed?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
