Question

The Trek bike that I purchase July 4, was never delivered. I have sent messages to the seller and he/she has not responded. And it is difficult to talk with anyone on ebay about this. Ebay should check the shipping status and it will verify that the Trek bike was never shipped. Am I going to lose over $400.00 dollars?

Go to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back.

If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an
Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.

If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

@r-robob-wxg90ci3 Sorry you are having trouble with your purchase. You will not lose your money.

Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when the item is at least a day late.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask ebay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you. If you do not ask ebay to step in and help then the case closes after 21 days and you lose.

You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on ebay.

If it is over that you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from date of purchase.

Escalate the dispute to paypal if the seller doesn't refund you after a few days. If you do not escalate the dispute the case closes after 20 days and you lose.

Or if you did not pay using PayPal you can file a chargeback with your bank or credit card.
