eBay knows what I’m referring to. I have never been given such a comeuppance by a company I have done much business with. After purchasing a battery tool, having it delivered by Fed Ex to the wrong house (in spite of the right address on the order), and the seller after 3 contacts telling EBay it was delivered to the right house. I was not allowed to furnish a picture of my home as proof and they refused to refund my money. Is eBay now so big they can overlook a $90 claim and stiff the customers.
I want my name removed from their data base! I’ll use Amazon from now on, thank you!

Mentor1 year agoIf Fed Ex misdelivered the package, you need to take the tracking to your nearest Fed Ex office and have them check their GPS system to confirm exactly where it was delivered. If not to your address, they should try and retrieve the package.
