Trashy ice machine
I ordered an ice machine on December 28, 2023, it was delivered on Dec 30, 2023 this has been only 6' months ago. This machine stopped working and has a 1 year warranty. Ebay don't want to help me and the company hangs up on me when I call. I called today and they took my name and number but would not give me their name and said they would have someone a manger call me back. They could not provide mgr. name either. I'm so disappointed in Ebay I will not use them again. They say they will help you get your money back but that's a lie. I'm sure they will not leave this up but maybe it will help at least one person. Don't order electronics or small appliances they are trash and you have NO HELP FROM EBAY !!!!!!!

Or did you register the warranty with the manufacturer when you received the ice machine?
Did the listing have a link to the warranty explaining how to obtain service?

Mentor2 years agoebay has a Money Back Guarantee but it expires 30 days after receipt of the item. Manufacturers do not honor warranties unless the seller is an authorised dealer or reseller. If it has been more than 30 days since you received the item, you can file a case with Paypal, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of transaction to file a returns request. As a last resort, you can file a charge back with the credit card issuer if that is how you paid.
