Transactions missing on-time tracking or carrier scan
I sold a blouse and received payment. As I was packing the blouse I noticed a flaw, so I immediately refunded the buyer and explained the problem. I never purchased a label or got a tracking number since I didn't send her the blouse. Now my dashboard says I didn't send out a tracking number for this item.
How do I correct this on my dashboard or does it matter?

Did you cancel the transaction or just refund the buyer? You need to cancel the transaction.
Yes it matters. Because you didn't cancel it back when you should have, it is negatively impacting your stats that Ebay evals all their sellers by. So you need to cancel it, while it will still affect your stats because you are late doing this, you will remember to do it next time something like this happens.

OP1 year agoAfter I refunded the seller, I deleted the listing. I have looked everywhere and cannot find where I can cancel this order.

Mentor1 year agoThen you need to cancel it now.
Go to your Orders. Find the correct order. On the left there will be a three vertical dots. Click on that and find the option to cancel and then click on that. If it has been to long, the cancellation option will not be there. But there is an option to mark it shipped. Click on that.
