Transactions in 2007 -FRAUD
In 2007 I purschased a car for $25,000. The seller was a fraud and sold and cheated 6 additional customers.
At the time Ebay would only remiburse $ 10,000. The seller was arrested and charged in 2008 and part of the deal was that he had to reimburse. On July 1 the case will be closed. I have only received $700 or less. Now the court in Texas says I have to prove what he owes me!
All I need do is show a copy of the purchase transaction and proof Ebay paid me $10,000. The problem is trasactions form 2007 and 2008 are not available. Trying to talk to a person is impossible. To go through the system I have to have the transaction number. The system will not let me talk to anyone.
Suggestions?

It is so long ago, I don't know if eBay can retrieve the information that you need. One thing you can do is to order a report of your entire purchase history. It will show the item # seller and amounts. It has the item # but not the transaction number. For this report, which takes about a week to get, go to account settings >> request your eBay data.

If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.

OP2 years agoI spoke to several people at ebay motors. They said they would get
a list of my purchases withing 2 weeks! I asked specifically for Ebay Motors partial payment.
I want to give as much detail to the judge overseeing the case.
