Transaction summaries

Question

I need to print out my Financial Statement Transaction Summaries for 2025 for my income taxes. I can't find them. I have asked for help several times and the whole process is just circular with no response that matches my question. I get the same info every time. I just need to know how to find that information so I can complete my federal income tax report.

I have been selling on eBay for 25 years and it gets more complicated every year.

I hope someone out there can help me.

A) This is a Financial overview page

Seller Hub> Payments > Reports

Change your time period to "Custom"

Select: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025

Right on the screen you will see the totals you need

- Sales

- Fees

- Shipping Labels

- Returns

B) Or you can generate a specific transactions report here:

Pick the parameters

- Select the Items you want in "Transaction Type"

- Select the time period: Jan 01, 2025-Dec 31, 2025

- Click Create Report

When notified, download the CSV file which will open in Excel.

You can create a formula to total the columns
