Transaction scan not registered by ebay effecting top rating
I had made a bulk sale, joined it with another order, ebay would not let me put the tracking in saying it was an already used by another transaction. so I created a label then canceled it as I didnt need it I just needed a tracking number so I would meet the requirement for maintaining top seller, now it says I printed the label but it was not scanned. So I am at 50%, however, the buyer has received the items and left positive feedback. I want the transaction hit I have taken to be removed but there are no article options for this, and it is impossible to find a way to contact ebay via a phone number and the automatic assistance cannot pull what what the real issue is.
