Hello community, Ive been selling on eBay since 2016. Back in April I received an email stating my account has had a sudden sales volume increase which triggered transactions hold on all orders going forward and Id be paid for those orders after delivery. I spoke to support and was told that if I got my account to top rated seller status that the transaction holds would be removed from my account. I hit top rated seller status but transaction holds have not been removed from my account still. I have almost 500 reviews 100% customer feedback with over 200 sales this year alone. What more do I have to do to remove these transaction holds from my account? I appreciate your feedback eBay community

Mentor2 weeks agoAll you can do is to keep doing what you are doing. eBay has their own standards that they follow and do not tell us what they are. Hopefully the holds will be released.
