Transaction from ebay. Wasn't me
A transaction from eBay was posted to my bank card. I wasn't me. I don't know how or who to contact. The transaction was declined.

Call your card issuer and report your card compromised. They will cancel your card and issue a new one. Since the transaction was declined, there is no dispute to file with eBay, but review other recent transactions to see if others need to be disputed.
eBay can not give you info on any transaction not made by your account.
