Transaction Fee
Why is the seller charged a transaction fee for a card that has been graded by PSA which authnicates the card when they graded it? It should be charged to the buyer that request it.

Fees are based on what Buyers pay you, it's that simple. Fees are charged on:
-The item price
-Paid shipping by the Buyer
-Any sales tax levied on the transaction

OP8 months agoI am referring to fees charged by Ebay when they send a card to an Authnicator which I never asked for.
A card graded by sPa has already been authenticated. Not that simple sir.
