eBay charges 13.6% Final Value Fee (transaction fee) on most sales
$800*.136 =$108.80

I know it seems like a lot, but on eBay your items reach millions of viewers and sell for the best price.

OP10 months agoAhh, thanks for the reply. I did not know. It listed for $800 but sold for $750 but I guess since it was listed for $800 I got charged the $108.80. I should've listed it for $799 I guess. Thanks for the reply

The fee is based on the actual sales price + shipping + sales tax
$800 or $799 makes only $1 different, so 14 cents difference.
