Transaction defects
Hello
I am constantly HIGH above my peers on
"Item not as described". I am VERY careful about that, and I know of two cases that the buyer was lying and tried to tell ebay that. but I still lose all the money.
They also said they evaluated me for a year. I have not been doing this for a year. I try to get a agent and the AI gives me the run around and THEN told me to send an email.
Send an email to WHERE? to who? Why is this so difficult to talk to a person and defend yourself. One of the items was "late delivery" and I told them it was in with another bulk shipment to a buyer and NOT late and they ignored me.
Any suggestions? I am getting penalized with high fees and I am an Above average seller. I'm a one man band here, retired and not looking to Save the World and grow a monumental business. I do my job and try to do it well, and feel unjustly treated.
