Transaction defect rate
Hello:
I have 3 transaction defect ratings, one was my issue and the other two where duplicate listings created by eBay, what can I do?

Regarding duplicate listings, take an inventory
When you end listings, don't relist in bulk, review each item being relisted.
Defects are a percentage of your total sales, and last for 1 year.
you have some nice items!
