I purchased a small inexpensive item. It needs to be returned, but the item does not show up in my purchased items and the seller said they need my order number to start a return. Can someone please comment as to why my purchase would not appear in "my account"?

Mentor2 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
