hice seguimiento y ya ella recibio su pedido .le envie mensaje pero no tengo respuesta y mis fondos esta retenidos.
Cómo puedo hacer para rectificar el número de envÃo y se verifique que si fie entregado

Locate the order. Click on EDIT next to the tracking number and enter the correct tracking number.
