Traffic to my store has plummeted

Hello all. I am an ebay Seller of various items for many years but recently, after selling a few iphones, I decided to open a clothing store. I had an item that was lost by the Post Office. I refunded the buyer and successfully closed the transaction and even got positive feedback by the buyer but, now I noticed that my ebay traffic and views and top 20 placements have dramatically fallen since that happened. I did a chat with a representative who said that despite how long Ive been with ebay, their software detects me as a new seller. Is there nything I can do about this?

You have a lot of competition selling clothes and you only have 20 listings up. All you can do is keep listing and hope someone is interested in what you have listed.
