I purchased a trading card and sent it to PSA for grading. The card came back as being “recoloredâ€. I’ve contacted the seller with no response. How can I start a refund in this item since it is over 90 days?

Mentor2 years ago@linus101 I am sorry to say that eBay Money Back Guarantee refund period of 30 days is set in stone and can't be extended.
Your only option now is contact your bank or credit card to file a chargeback for an item that is significantly not as described.
