tracking wont update
i shipped out a package to a buyer but tracking still is saying they are trying to deliver the item yet the buyer already recieved it is there a way to put that it was delivered or would i need to contact the shipping company?

Did you check the tracking on the carrier's website? That way is more accurate.
How do you know that your buyer received the item. Isn't that assurance enough?
