Tracking with Simple delivery
Ok so I have an issue. eBay's Simple delivery is not optional on an item that is under £750. So this means if I sell an item say £500 for example it has to go via simple delivery and on Tracked 48, not signed for just tracked, I have no option to use my own choice of royal mail, so straight away the item is not covered by royal mail for the £500 and it takes 48 hours to get to the buyer when I always try to send the item next day! So I am straight away letting my customer down with 48 hours tracked and I cannot use say my own choice say special delivery by 1PM next day, If I do I cannot update the tracking to reflect this item. I cant even get the buyers address until I actually buy the useless Tracked 48 shipping label. Is there anyway I can use my own shipping? I have played around with saying its heavier, then it just goes to using DHL courier, still under simple delivery. Its infuriating, not sure what eBay is gaining out of this to be honest, it isn't helping the seller or the buyer at all.
