Tracking uploaded on time and validated. i have one against me. I talked to the buyer at the time and she decided it wouldn't fit her so i canceled it and gave her money back. why does this count against me?

Did buyer ask to cancel before you shipped the item?

Or did you already ship the item?

Did buyer open a Return Request? If so, what reason did buyer select for the return?
