Tracking # Upload Date and Time Stamp

Question

I upload tracking for our orders every night at 8:00pm est. Our company and eBay store are on PST time. I have 7 listings that say they were uploaded late. But there is no proof that they were because there is no time stamp fo when you add order tracking numbers. Anyone else having this issue? Of the 7 late uploads, I can say that 1 is true. all the others are false.

Ebay has a policy to automatically remove incorrect shipping defects within 72 hours. They ask to wait until that timeframe has passed. If any of the defects are still there, you can go to your Seller Hub and file a defect appeal.
