Tracking update shows eBay lost order
Ordered a gas grill regulator for $23.99. Order number assigned charged to my VISA account. A day later received an eBay email to check on updated tracking record Updated tracking record reports eBay unable to locate order. VISA bank won’t do anything yet as charge is too recent and shows pending rather than cleared.

Is it possible you made that purchase using a different eBay account? Or as a guest?
