Tracking shows part is going back to where it came from
I had a package sent Jul 7th that now (in tracking), looks like it is going back to where it came from. Todays date is the 19th of July.
I purchased the item as a guest. I have the tracking number and the order number. when I try to contact the seller, I am required to log in, when I log in I am unable to find the order or the seller because I am no longer a guest because I am logged in.
My problem does not exist as one of the multiple-choice solutions provided by ebay.

Mentor1 year agoIf you do not see the item in your Purchase history, it sounds like you may have made the purchase as a Guest.
Guest purchases are separate from items you purchase while logged into your account.
Check your email for a message from ebay that includes the PASSCODE that was given to you. Log in with that email address and PASSCODE and you should be able to file a case for Item Not Received, or a Returns Request, as the case may be.
