Tracking shows delivered, buyer says it was picked up but not by him. Wants a refund!?

Did the buyer open an Item not Received case?
If so, just upload the tracking. The case will close in your favor.
If the buyer is just messaging you can advise them to contact the Post Office for clarification.

I've done that. It was sent to a small town so I would think it could be tracked..
I'm just still waiting on funds...😔
