You will need to contact the carrier for assistance. You need to ask them to check the gps delivery location. If addressed to you and mis-delivered, the carrier should try to locate the package.
If the carrier says the package was not addressed to you, ask them to send you that in writing. We can then give you instructions on how to proceed.
