tracking shows delivered but i didn't get the item back

Was it an official eBay return? I see you offer 30 day Free returns so if you accepted the return eBay would have generated the return shipping label.
Is it possible that the carrier placed it in the wrong locker? Could you take the Buyer's name and address to ask them if they recall any of that?
If you tracking specifically states it was in a parcel locker then the issue may be with the carrier.
You only have 2 days to figure it our before you have to refund the Buyer within that 2 day period or suffer a defect on your account and eBay would force the refund.
