Tracking shipment

Question

We ordered an Econ book that is supposed to deliver today but when I check the UPS tracking I see that a shipping label has been printed and it is still waiting to be delivered to UPS. I suspect that the seller created a mailing label but forgot to bring it to the UPS Store. I left a message with the seller but haven't heard back. My son needs that book today for a college course. What should I do?
