Tracking seller performance
Ebay lowered my performance because they said not every package is tracked which is not true. I believe that when someone buys multiple items I sent together to save them shipping. Should I not do that?

Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment
Locate both items. Click the box in front of each one. Click the SHIPPING tab at the top, click to PRINT labels. On the next screen, enter the weight and dimensions of the package, pay and print the label.

Mentor2 weeks agoEach sale must show a tracking number when shipping. If you combined shipping you still need to enter the tracking number into each item that was placed in the package. Otherwise eBay does not know you combined the shipments and will only know you had tracking for one item.
