Tracking says item was delivered, but buyer says never received
I am in Ohio and I sent a box to California that cost me almost $20 USPS. Shipped on the fifth arrived on the 10th and the buyer is saying that they did not receive it even though it says it was delivered at or in the mailbox,
I’m not sure what to do next
